The first Saturday in October will be pull of bell peppers, cauliflower, tomatoes, autumn fruit – pears, apples, plums, as well as the first of this year’s nuts! There will also be chicken and duck, great quality meat products, bio milk, cheeses. If you want to decorate your home, you will be able to buy beautiful bouquets and wreaths.
Have you tried Romanesco broccoli? It is a very interesting vegetable. While its colour suggests that it is related to broccoli, it is actually more closely related to cauliflower. It is great in salads, with broccoli, cauliflower and carrots. Due to its tougher consistency, it is also suited for roasting.
Come and see for yourself!
