At farmer’s market Kubáň, there will be a small pig-slaughtering feast on Saturday, February 25, from 8am to 2pm, or until supplies last. There will be ovar (cooked pork jowl), tripe sausage, blood sausage, brawn, black grain soup, or pork goulash. You can wash these down with a lager or a mulled wine, in case of colder weather. If you wish to take any of these specialties home, you can bring your own packaging, or the sellers will provide some.

Apart from this feast, the usual farmer’s market will also be running, with all the products you are normally used to.
