Saturday, January 16 – winter market at Heřmaňák:

Milk and cheeses from Krasolesí, herbal teas from Zdislava, eggs from the Vesecký family and chicken and eggs from Kobylnice Farmstead, Chilli Pikanterie with new sauces (last year they won a prize at a competition in the USA, meat products from Kvarda, bio beef from Babiny, seeds, nuts, dried fruit, apples, fresh juices, honey, kombucha, rye bakery, pagáčky (greave patties) and fried vdolky (almost like a Czech version of a doughnut)…

Because of the cold temperatures, not everzone will be able to come, like for example flowers and some types of vegetables will have to stay warm at home.

Winter vegetables – at Podolí Orchard – carrots, celeriac, parsley, onion, garlic, potatoes, cabbage, beetroot, pumpkin
