There is plenty that the sunny (hopefully) Kubáň will have to offer. Family farm Parusovi will bring deer and boar in glass jars, venison patés, venison ragout and venison bratwurst. There will also be great meat to put on the grill. Be sure to try great chutneys, dressings and marmalades, that you can buy from Beydyzka. Cut flowers, seedlings to plant into pots on your balcony or into your garden will be available at Semela’s and Hakl’s stands. For lunch, get some fried fish from Pepa Grunt, along with some great coffee from Majada, or some fresh fruit juice.
