The Heřmaňák farmer’s market at Řezáčovo náměstí square will offer a farmer’s market as well as a traditional hog roast festival – ZAB Heřmaňák – on Saturday, February 19.
Everyone who knows meat products from Kvarda, will not be disappointed. Kvarda will also bring liver sausage, black pudding sausage, brawn, pork jowl, patés, wood-smoked pork neck, as well as a main course of pork goulash and pork head soup.
Heřmaňák offers tables and chairs, but you can also have everything to go (even in your own container if you bring one!).
You can wash it all down with fresh draught beer, or bottled beer from the small family Vik Brewery. There will also be mulled wine and coffee from Alchymsita.
The farmer’s market will offer vegetables, fruit, eggs, chicken, fish, microgreens, bio beef, baked goods, coffee, and even fresh honey from beekeeper Katka from Prague 7.
