The He\u0159ma\u0148\u00e1k farmer\u2019s market at \u0158ez\u00e1\u010dovo n\u00e1m\u011bst\u00ed square will offer a farmer\u2019s market as well as a traditional hog roast festival \u2013 ZAB He\u0159ma\u0148\u00e1k \u2013 on Saturday, February 19.<\/p>\n
Everyone who knows meat products from Kvarda, will not be disappointed. Kvarda will also bring liver sausage, black pudding sausage, brawn, pork jowl, pat\u00e9s, wood-smoked pork neck, as well as a main course of pork goulash and pork head soup.<\/p>\n
He\u0159ma\u0148\u00e1k offers tables and chairs, but you can also have everything to go (even in your own container if you bring one!).<\/p>\n
You can wash it all down with fresh draught beer, or bottled beer from the small family Vik Brewery. There will also be mulled wine and coffee from Alchymsita.<\/p>\n
