On Saturday, Feburary 1, 2020, Farmer’s Market Náplavka will start its 11th season.

We invite all of you to come. Let us introduce what you can look forward to: handmade salamis and bratwurst from Mr. Marounek, patés and pickled meat from Plzák from Plzeň, and if it is not freezing, then there will be different types of fresh trout from Liběchov. If you have a sweet tooth, you can look forward to cream rolls and kolache from Cakeshop Karlovy Vary, meringues and other sweet treats from Cakeshop U Andělky, as well as decorated gingerbread and a gingerbread strudel from Perníčkovi. Ceylon spices will bring cinammon, vanilla, smoked paprika and other fragrant spices, Mandlová will have many types of almonds – with herbs, Himalayan salt, or ume vinegar. There will be good beer from Family brewery u Vacků, blackcurrant wine, or fresh fruit juices, halušky and gluten-free meat products from Pelant, sweet or salty crepes from Galetka and many other yummy treats.

We also want to inform you that our three traditional festivals will be at Náplavka this year. May 16 – Růžový máj (festival or rosé), June 19 and 20 – Beer at Náplavka (festival of small and new Czech breweries) and November 14 – St. Martin’s Day celebrations (festival of St. Martin’s Day wines, with many duck refreshments to go along with it). This year, it looks like we will also have the Nomad Beer Festival, but the place and time of that is still a secret.

We are looking forward to seeing you!
