Dairy products – cow, goat, sheep, mostly cheeses. Fresh – water fishes – pike perch, carp and eel. Meet and sausages. Free range eggs, inland mushrooms, honey, honey brandy, excellent pastry, spices and fresh unpasteurized milk.
