Traditional Czech pig-slaughtering feast at Heřmaňák!
On Saturday, February 22, there will be a farmer’s market, as usual, but there will also be a pig-slaughtering feast. You will be able to get goulash, tripe sausage, cooked pig head, soup, blood sausages, crackling, and brawn. You can get everything to go as well, so don’t forget to bring your containters to reduce plastic waste. The pig-slaughtering feast will be provided for you by Butcher‘s Kvarda from Plzeň.
