Goat Farm Dřevec / once a month: 13.10., 10.11. and 8.12., every second Saturday in the month. There will be goat milk in glass containers, cheddar and hermelín (Czech cheese, similar to camembert) goat cheese, quark and kefir. Goat milk is healthy and easier to digest than cow’s milk, especially for kids. The goat farm has had its premiere in July and people who buy their products can confirm that they are delicious!

Turkey Farm Promient / Great turkey meat products – turkey meat (legs, breast, slices…), liver, necks, stomachs, wings, turkey roulade, vignettes, ground meat, smoked meat, sausages, ham, bratwurst with cheese, sausages with moldy cheese, brawn…

Crepes Galetka / French crepes made with buckwheat, with sweet or salty fillings. Salty fillings – ham, cheese, blue cheese, arugula, spinach, cream, dried tomatoes, bacon or red onion. Sweet fillings – jam, chocolate, salty caramel, cinnamon, sugar, lemon, cream or banana.

As inspiration for a Sunday lunch from Heřmaňák, we have a recipe for you. Almost all the ingredients can be bought at the market.

Wild style turkey legs

Two portions

Ingredients: 2 turkey legs, 1 carrot, 10 dkg bacon, salt, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 onions, 2 dcl of red wine, rosemary, juniper, allspice, bay leaf, chili, ground cumin, olive oil

A day before you want to cook this recipe, marinade the turkey legs in a marinade made from olive oil, salt, garlic, spices and herbs.

On the day we will make the recipe, fry some bacon and put in the marinated turkey legs. Then put the legs into a baking pan, add some chopped up carrot, onions and add some water.

We bake for about an hour at 180 degrees Celsius. Then add the wine and bake uncovered for at least another half an hour. Then take out the meat, you can take the rest and blend it to create a sauce.

As a side dish you can make baked potatoes with the skins still on and fresh or roasted vegetables.
